PILOT TERMS · 17 SEPTEMBER 2026
Terms of Service.
These terms describe use of the Aftertake pilot, operated by Extracense Labs LLC. Please read them alongside our Privacy & responsible use policy.
Your account and workspace
Use your own account and keep its credentials private. Only connect social accounts you are authorized to manage. Workspace access is for you and the team members you authorize.
Your content and permissions
Your uploads remain yours. Import only recordings you have permission to process and share with the configured analysis providers. Using Aftertake does not give you rights to third-party footage, music or other material.
When you request processing, you authorize Aftertake to store and process that content to perform the requested editing and analysis. The privacy policy explains the data involved and external providers used.
Review and publishing
AI-generated selections, captions and framing can contain mistakes. Review your clips, text, permissions and destination settings before approving publication. Editing a video does not prevent copyright claims.
Connecting a social account is separate from signing in to Aftertake. Approved posts are sent using the destination and settings you choose. TikTok inbox uploads require you to finish posting in TikTok. Platform rules, account eligibility and API restrictions apply; a scheduled entry alone does not mean a video has been published.
You can pause automation, remove queued posts and disconnect publishing accounts. Content already posted must be managed on the destination platform.
Responsible use
Do not use Aftertake to access another person's workspace without permission, compromise the service, impersonate others, or distribute unlawful content. Respect the rights of people appearing in your recordings and the rules of each connected platform.
Pilot availability and pricing
Aftertake is a private pilot. Features and integrations are still being tested. Keep a separate copy of footage and exports you need.
Subscriptions on aftertake.studio use live Stripe payments. The separate sandbox uses test payments only. When you choose a subscription, the price, trial duration, first-month discount and renewal terms are displayed in Billing and Checkout. A free trial requires a payment method and converts automatically unless cancelled before it ends. Launch discounts apply to the first paid month of monthly plans only. Yearly plans are billed annually at twelve times the monthly price, without an annual discount; credits refresh monthly. The 14-day trial includes the selected plan’s credit allowance, as shown at checkout. Trial credits include any remaining pilot allowance and do not stack with it. Subscription credits roll over for one additional month, capped at one month’s allowance; purchased top-ups expire after 12 months. Optional extra processing requires explicit authorization and a monthly spending cap. Completed extra processing is billed on a following subscription invoice at the accepted rate, without the launch discount. Disabling it does not remove charges for previously authorized work. Failed processing and batches with no usable clips restore reserved credits.
