Delete your data.

Disconnect Instagram

Sign in to Aftertake, open the publishing calendar, and find Instagram under Connected channels. Select Disconnect beside your account. This removes the saved authorization tokens and pauses queued posts for that account.

You can also remove Aftertake through Instagram’s app and website permissions. When Instagram sends a valid removal or deletion notification, Aftertake removes the matching Instagram connection data and cancels its pending posts.

Delete recordings and clips

Open your reaction in Aftertake and choose the delete action. Deleting a source removes its active media files and clip records. Videos already published to Instagram, YouTube or TikTok must be deleted on those platforms separately.

Request account or data deletion

Email goke@extracenselabs.com from the email associated with your Aftertake account. Use the subject Aftertake data deletion and identify your workspace, connected Instagram username if relevant, and whether you want specific data or your entire account removed.

We will verify account ownership, process the request, and confirm the outcome by email. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents in your initial request. If any records must be retained, we will explain what remains and why.
